FAQ'S

• Knot Box (You'll receive 2 knot style headbands each month. One size fits most, from newborn to toddler.)
• FAB Box (You'll receive 2 FAB style headbands each month. One size fits most, from newborn to toddler.)
• Clip Box (You'll receive 2 Clip sets each month. Recommended for babes with hair that are transitioning from headbands to clips.)

1. Subscribe to the Baby Bling Box of your choice. (Knot, FAB or Clip)
2. If you subscribed on or before the 13th, you will receive that month's box.  
3. If you subscribed after the 13th of the month, you will receive NEXT months box that will be shipped by the 20th of the following month. 
4. You cannot customize or edit your box's contents on your first month's shipment. You will receive the 2 products shown during checkout. Customizations, swapping & add ons will be available in your customer portal starting the second month of your subscription.
5. You are then charged on the 5th of each following month.
6. Your box for each month will be shipped by the 20th.

If you do not edit your box contents before the process date, you will receive the default headbands that are shown for that month. (Ex: You subscribe to the KNOT box, you will receive the 2 knot headbands that were the default contents for that month.)

1. You can edit or add to your next sub box shipment starting on the 21st of the month until the 4th of the next month (about 2 weeks).  No changes or edits to that month's box can be made after this date. 
2. You will be charged on the 5th of each month.  
3. Your sub box and any add-ons or swapped items will be shipped by the 20th of that month.
